Welcome to the Bending forum. Here you will find everything you need to start your journey to becoming an air, fire, water, or earth bender. As long as you believe 100% that bending does exist, keep an open mind, and you are willing to spend time each day to practice, you should be able to bend the elements. 

In the how to bend section of the page, I have listed several resources that will definitely be helpful. If you have any questions, write it in the forum and I or someone else will respond.
